About the event
"Contribute-as-You-are-Able" Admission: 100% of proceeds go to underwriting free and reduced tickets to our MainStage festival series in September for communities with limited exposure to classical music in The Hamptons. Please use the link below.
Associate conductor Logan Souther hosts The Hamptons Music Club, joined by members of the New American Sinfonietta Orchestra. Part III in this five part virtual series will break down the perception of composers as untouchable "geniuses" and instead show them as relatable figures with fascinating personal stories.
The Hamptons Music Club meets virtually on a monthly basis, the link to join will be sent directly before the meeting.
Selections of classical music will be played and participants will be invited to engage in a light-hearted guessing game to see if they can match the fun fact with the right composer!
Stay tuned for upcoming events in this series:
