Homestay Partners Program
Join the Journey at TH·FM and support the Festival by hosting guest artists and musicians of The New American Sinfonietta, the Festival’s resident orchestra! Members of TH·FM’s Homestay Partners Program (HPP) provide complimentary accommodations for visiting artists in their homes or rental properties.
Why is TH·FM’s HPP so important?
The availability of housing for our artists through the HPP allows TH·FM to attract world class artists to the Hamptons, creating the opportunity for TH·FM to offer unforgettable orchestra concert experiences and broad ranging community outreach throughout the Festival season.
What does it meant to be an HPP member?
For our inaugural season, musicians will be arriving into East Hampton, NY on Monday, 5 September 2022 and departing on Monday, 12 September 2022. We do not ask our hosts to provide meals or transportation, nor is there any requirement or expectation of our hosts to actively engage with our musicians during their stay. We have found that some hosts enjoy the opportunity to get to know our musicians, which helps to enhance their TH·FM ‘experience’!
In exchange for your hospitality, we offer our HPP members two (2) complimentary TH·FM Journey Passes, which allows access to all Festival outreach events throughout our inaugural season, including our visual art companion festival – The Beethoven Experience - BE@TH·FM. In addition, HPP members will receive an exclusive invitation to a special open rehearsal (date to be confirmed), as well as to a private reception on Thursday, 8 September 2022, to meet our guest artists and orchestra members.
How to apply to be an HPP member?
To apply to become a housing host for TH·FM 2022 this September, please fill out this form and we will be in touch to discuss. As a member of TH·FM’s HPP, your generosity is greatly appreciated and you will play a vital role in making the Festival possible.
