This experience is one you have to taste to believe! First violinist and renowned Mexican chef Juan Ramirez brings to The Hamptons his boutique varietals of peppers, herbs, and homemade mole grown by hand at his home in Atlanta to prepare a Mexican feast!
Join the principal players of The New American Sinfonietta, as well as Maestro Palmer, Maestro Souther, and the TH•FM team to celebrate the festival season. Guests will have the special opportunity to spend time with the principal players, and get to know these world class players, all while enjoying a feast fit for a fiesta!

Maestro Palmer will share stories from his career spanning over 50 years, with anecdotes that feature great artists like Robert Shaw, Claudio Arrau, Garrick Olson and more. Maestro Palmer discusses the season finale performance of Beethoven Symphony No. 4 while Souther demonstrate excerpts from the keyboard.
